Navigating from the JR station was a real hassle. The signage was confusing and poorly lit, making it tough to find the hotel at night. Seriously, they should invest in some glow-in-the-dark paint to help out clueless travelers!

Think that this well-organised and reasonably priced hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. The venue is spotless and big, views are great, the location is best possible near grocery stores and airport directly by JR. The staff are very friendly, answered every question I had. The units are cozy, large.

During my recent trip to Japan, I stayed for three nights at this fantastic hotel while exploring the region. The location next to Shin-Sapporo station made getting around effortless, with just a short ride to central attractions. Our spacious Sky Corner room offered stunning city views, and the cleanliness was perfect. The extensive breakfast spread was a highlight, along with the friendly and helpful staff. Plus, there were plenty of shopping options and restaurants nearby.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Honestly, the location is a lifesaver! Super close to the subway and JR lines, just a quick stroll away. We were lucky to snag a room on a high floor, and the views were just amazing! Plus, the shopping center nearby was perfect for late-night snacks-definitely a win during our romantic getaway.
Some frustrating issues. We didn’t realize that breakfast needed to be booked in advance, so we missed out and had to grab food elsewhere. The smoke smell in the corridor was intolerable, even on a non-smoking floor. And don't even get me started on the spa rules—seriously, covering tattoos with patches? Just plain annoying!
